Chelsea'$ fitness goal

My goal is: to run 10 laps in 12 minutes. The progress I have made in my goal is : 9 & 4/5 laps in 12 minutes: before I could only run 7 laps.

Hey Chelsea you have picked a hard piece of verse by a great poet,"auld Will Shakespeare "with which to read between the lines.It has some old fashioned words like mewling ,puking,caponed,hose and shank which are a bit hard to understand but as you are learning to read between the lines I guess you don't have to know the meaning of every word but rather just get the gist or the meaning of the text......
